The terms and conditions detailed below form an integral part of the travel contract concluded between us and you, the travel participant. You are responsible for knowing the conditions of sale. You must imperatively read our general conditions of sale before making any transaction in connection with the reservation of your stay.
Registration is done directly with HOGON TOURS VOYAGES. As soon as your registration is accepted without reservations, the rights and duties arising from the contract (including these general contract and travel conditions) take effect both for you and for us. If the person who books and registers other participants in the trip, he is responsible for their contractual obligations (in particular the price of the trip) Thus the payment of the deposit for the trip to our bank account automatically entitles you to registration.
Our services are specified in the estimate and/or in the proposal. Your special wishes or additional agreements only become part of the contract if they have been confirmed in writing without reservation by the booking office.
The prices indicated on the invoices are per person and in Euro. The prices in effect at the time of booking are binding, subject to price changes. As a general rule, when registering, the customer must pay a minimum deposit of 30% of the total invoice amount. The balance must be paid up to 30 days before the scheduled departure date. In the event of a short-term reservation (less than 30 days before departure), the total amount of the invoice must be paid upon final registration. If we do not receive the deposit and payment within the prescribed time, HOGON TOURS VOYAGES is entitled to refuse travel services.
4.1. General
If you wish to modify the reservation or if you cancel the trip, you must notify it personally by email to hogontours@hogontours.net or hogonservices@gmail.com
4.2 Reservation changes by the customer
When a modification of the reservation by the customer (ex: change of name, modification of the travel dates included in the period covered by the program, replacement traveler, etc.) HOGON TOURS VOYAGES is entitled to charge fees.
4.3. Cancellation of the trip by the customer
Any cancellation of stay must be notified to HOGON TOURS VOYAGES by Registered Letter and will give rise to the payment of the following compensation :
In other words, we would like to be very clear on this subject, the percentages mentioned above are sums of money that our travel agency will take from the amount paid in the event of cancellation on your part within these indicated deadlines. Also any ticket issued is non-refundable.
5.1. Price changes after the conclusion of the contract
We reserve the right to increase prices when there is an increase in the cost of means of transport (e.g. increase in the cost of fuel), new taxes or increased taxes (e.g. airport taxes), changes in the exchange or taxes required by the state (ex: VAT). If the cost of these services inherent to the trip increases, the price of the trip will be increased accordingly.
5.2. Changes to the program or certain services occurring between your booking and the departure date
HOGON TOURS VOYAGES reserves the right to modify, also in your interest, the travel program, or certain agreed services (eg accommodation, mode of transport, airlines, flight hours, etc.) in the event of force majeure or if unforeseeable or unavoidable facts require it. HOGON TOURS VOYAGES will do its best to offer you a replacement of services of equivalent quality. We will inform you as soon as possible of such changes and their possible impact on the price.
5.3. Modification of the program or change of services during the trip
HOGON TOURS VOYAGES may modify the program of certain services for legitimate reasons, provided that this does not lead to a significant change in the program or the character of the trip. If a change of program concerning a significant part of the agreed trip should occur during the trip, HOGON TOURS VOYAGES will do its best to offer you a replacement of equivalent quality services. We will notify you of such changes as soon as possible.
HOGON TOURS VOYAGES reserves the right to cancel a trip no later than three weeks before departure if the expected number of participants is not reached. If unforeseeable cases of force majeure (eg cultural disasters, epidemics, disturbances, strikes, measures taken by the authorities, etc.) were to seriously compromise the trip or make it impossible, HOGON TOURS VOYAGES is entitled to cancel the short-term trip, in this case we will refund the total amount paid. For the same reasons, we reserve the right to interrupt a trip already in progress. In the event of cancellation on our part for the reasons mentioned above, you will receive reimbursement for the number of days remaining, that is to say the amount equal to the service not consumed. In other words, during an interruption, we will reimburse you for the unused services. Claims for damages are excluded.
Cancellation / repatriation / luggage insurance is not included in our fixed prices. If you are not covered by such a private insurance, we strongly advise you to take out one.
If, in urgent cases (e.g. illness or accident of the person concerned, serious illness or death of a relative) you are obliged to interrupt the trip prematurely, the price of the travel arrangement cannot be refunded to you. . Unused services will be refunded to you, provided that they are not charged to HOGON TOURS VOYAGES and after the deduction of fair administration fees. In the event of repatriation, any costs incurred (eg transport) are your responsibility.
If the services provided do not correspond to what has been contractually agreed or if you suffer damage, you are required to contact us without delay. The complaint as well as the request for reimbursement must reach us in writing within 30 days after the date of return of the trip, this complaint must be accompanied by the written report by the client or the partner travel agency of HOGON TOURS VOYAGES as well as any supporting documents. If the customer does not announce the defect or the damage followed during his trip, he loses his rights to assistance, personal intervention of the trip, cancellation of the contract, etc. The same applies if no written complaint reaches HOGON TOURS VOYAGES within the prescribed period.
10.1 General
We will credit you with the amount of the agreed services which could not be provided or which were provided in an unsatisfactory manner, we will do everything in our power to offer you a replacement service of equivalent quality on site.
10.2. International conventions and national laws
If international conventions and national laws provide for restrictions in the compensation of damage resulting from non-execution or imperfect execution of the contract, we engage our responsibility only within the framework of these conventions and laws. International conventions and national laws with limitation of liability are mainly in force in the field of transport (air traffic, rail traffic and river or sea navigation).
10.3. Exclusion of our liability
Our responsibility is not engaged when the non-execution, the incomplete execution of the contract or the damage is due to negligence on the part of the customer before or during his trip, to the unforeseeable or unavoidable negligence of a third party not participating not to the agreed contractual performance, to a case of force majeure or to an unforeseeable or unavoidable event by ourselves. In all such cases, any liability for damages on our part is excluded.
10.4. Damage to persons and property, accident, etc.
In the event of damage to persons, death, bodily injury, etc. attributable to non-performance or incomplete performance of the contract, we are liable only if the damage has been caused by ourselves or by our service providers, subject to the limitations of liability. expressly point out that you are personally responsible for the safekeeping of valuables, money, jewellery, photo and video equipment, etc. In hotels, these objects must be deposited in a safe. We cannot be held liable for theft, loss, damage, etc.
10.5. Schedules of flights, trains, coaches, boats
It is impossible for us to guarantee the respect of these schedules, in spite of a careful organization of trip, In the event of delay of the transport companies, whatever the reason, we assume no responsibility for the damage, such as loss of salary, additional hotel nights, meals, etc. We strongly advise you to consider the possibility of delays when planning your trips.
10.6. Participation in other events during the trip outside the travel program.
Outside of the agreed travel program it happens that local events or excursions can be booked during the trip. It is not excluded that these events or excursions involve certain risks. If you take part in these events or excursions organized by third parties, you do so under your own responsibility.
Any dispute that arises should be settled amicably, failing amicable settlement, the said case should be brought before the competent court of Mali.
